All Cohesion cargo will be given VIP codes and monitored by the Cohesion Monitoring System from reservation to final delivery. |

Whenever a reservation changes or a delay in acceptance/processing/delivery occurs,
alert messages are sent to dedicated service personnel on a real-time basis. |

Upon receiving alert messages, dedicated service staff members are required to immediately check the status of shipment(s) and quickly take necessary action. |
|
All results from Cohesion cargo carriage are compiled, thoroughly analyzed, and used to improve the quality of customer service. |
