The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has announced additional ACAS data elements through the “US ACAS Implementation Guide v2.3.3” to identify suspicious cargo and prevent potential threats.
15 data elements have been added to the ACAS information required to be submitted electronically to CBP, including shipper/consignee contact details.
Freight forwarders must provide added 15 data elements to airlines in order to transport air cargo to the United States.
We have been in constant communication with TSA/CBP regarding the timeline for implementing additional data transfers, and we would like to inform you that the implementation date has been confirmed as follows:
Customers are requested to submit ACAS additional data for US-bound cargo according to our schedule.
1. Applied Date
■ Cargo departing from 55 countries and bound for the United States : DEC 23, 2024 (KST)

※ Not applicable to cargo bound for GUM (not submit the ACAS)
